I have been seeing Dr. Hieu V. Ho for about 5 years now. He is an amazing doctor who always keeps his patients' interests at heart. Just 6 months ago he told me he also does cosmetic skin procedures. I had some very noticeable acne scars on my face, but his treatments have significantly approved my appearance. I would say it's at least an 80% improvement. I tried other treatments from dermatologists in the past with limited results. Dr. Ho cares very much about his patients and his cosmetic expertise is a wonderful added bonus. I highly recommend his treatment.

This is an issue specifically with billing, Dr. Hieu Ho does excellent work every time so I have no problem with that. So, my preventative care is covered at 100% without co-insurance or deductible (usually the same case for most insurance). However, I was told that 'hearing' the results from Dr. Hieu be billed as 'telehealth', a new option that arise during COVID-19, and that will trigger my deductible. I opted to drive there and get the lab test myself since that was obnoxious cost just to hear the result. Hasn't 'preventative care' always been getting tested and given the results without those hassles? I can go to Springfield Healthplex and get the same service and have my lab tests uploaded to INOVA system with doctor's note without any extra charges. What's with the 'telehealth' ext

I have gone to this facility ever since I can remember. It is a very warm and comfortable place. My PCP is Dr. Ho Van Hieu who is excellent at what he does. Not only does he give the most fitting (most affordable) medications, but also the best inspiration, encouragement, and guidance to whatever situation. You got an issue? He’s got an answer. It might not be the answer you want or it might not be directly given—he will still guide you to the best of his knowledge. I highly recommend him and his office. Thank you, Dr Hieu

Can't say enough about Dr. Ho!!! We recently moved here from Cali, and my kids all got terribly allergic/sick/congested/etc from all of the change in climate/allergens. After calling FOUR different pediatrician offices in this area and ALL of them telling me that either they couldn't get my (2) sick kids in for an appointment for a couple of days or that they wouldn't take us because we were "transient" and only living here temporarily... I was about ready to give up and take them to an Instacare or ER. This was NOT an emergent situation, and I'm a Pediatric RN, and have 4 kids ranging from 11yrs to 3yrs old. So I feel like I know what I'm doing! And the ER wasn't the place I needed to be- but I also didn't want to be sitting on a possible pneumonia and ear infections for 3 days... So

Simply the best in all they do!!! Walk-ins welcomed!!! Ages 0-100!
