Erika and the SET team are absolutely amazing. She came highly recommended by my colleague, he and his whole family see her! Erika is a brilliant physical therapist. She knows everything about the human body and addresses my pain and problem areas every time. But with any form of therapy, you can't expect to be cured right away. It takes commitment to achieve and maintain a pain-free state, which is why I see Erika 2-3 times a week. Her office is very convenient to Grand Central (since I live in CT). Getting to her is super easy and her office is well run, with friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended, A+ all around.

I was so happy to find Dr. Megan Young. I am a senior who broke her 5th metatarsal about 18 years ago and was unable to find true progressive help until I started working with her. She's an encyclopedia of physiology. She really knows the body and helps me make sense of how certain habits of running and walking result in pain. She works the pain out and instructs as she goes. My arthritis has greatly abated since I have been under her care. I consider Megan Young to be a true healer and recommend her unreservedly. Mary Landers, MA, LP

Erika is phenomenal. I had a shoulder injury that none of my other physical therapists, chiros, massage therapists, even medical doctors could correct. It only took two sessions with Erika to address the three months of struggle I dealt with. She gives her all to every session and her experience and knowledge is second to none. Please don’t hesitate to head over with any aches and pains before they become more serious.

Channa from SetPT is absolutely phenomenal. She provides a one on one, hour long therapy session that is second to none. She immediately figured out the issue with my shoulder and it started getting better shortly after I started therapy with her. The therapy session is never boring, and every session is unique. She always has flexible days and hours to fit my busy schedule. The rest of staff are all friendly. This is the best physical therapy I have ever received and I highly recommend SetPT to everyone!!

Set physical therapy is at Premier physical therapy company. They do one on one physical therapy sessions for an hour and they really make sure that you are well taken care of. Chris is an amazing practitioner and is caring and compassionate. This is not the type of physical therapy practice where you feel like a number. The single best physical therapy team I have ever met. They've helped us tremendously. Highly highly recommend!
