My 1 star goes to the front desk because that's how far I made it. Given a 10:30am, drove from Anne Arundel County in MD for an hour. Waited for over an hour without knowing why, when I asked why other people were going in first before I did, they had no answer and started asking questions that should've been asked when I checked in. Made me feel as I was the one to be blame for their tardiness. Very unprofessional. Commumication at its worst. Truly a bad decision to come to this location. Its so hard to get an appointment in MD.

The clinic is very clean and the professionals are excellent
