I had an amazing experience at Serenity Orthodontics. Julie was so nice and helpful i loved chatting with her! Also Dr. Lewis and Reagan were so amazing! Extremely kind and helpful as well. This is a wonderful location with a great atmosphere, wonderful service, and super professional staff!

Everyone at the clinic was very empathetic and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule to fit my son’s appointment to minimize him missing his classes. The orthopedist explained the entire process in a very clear, easy and methodical way so we were clear on what to expect throughout! My son and I are extremely satisfied!!!

Avoid Serenity Orthodontics if you value your time. My appointment was at 3:00 PM. I arrived early with all my paperwork completed, yet I sat in the waiting room until 3:30 PM. When I finally asked for an update, I was given a dismissive "maybe a couple more minutes." When they finally called me back, I asked why the delay was so significant. Instead of an apology, they told me the person before me arrived late and did their paperwork late. Essentially, because another patient was irresponsible, I was the one who had to suffer. The staff showed zero respect for my schedule and didn’t even offer a sincere apology. They clearly prioritize late patients over the ones who actually follow the rules.

Dr. Grochowska is both professional and caring! She explains everything clearly and makes patients feel at ease. The team at Serenity Orthodontics is amazing, and little touches like the celebration board made my child feel truly special. Highly recommend for excellent orthodontic care!

Serenity Orthodontist has been amazing! We moved from Charlotte NC and had to continue my daughter braces treatment here. The process has been absolutely seamless and pleasant. Everyone here is super nice & helpful. My daughter just got her braces off today and we are so happy with the results. The attention to detail that Dr. Grochowska provided was remarkable. She made sure my daughter was fully satisfied with the results before scheduling to take her braces off. She is the nicest. We will be bringing our other two kids here for their braces as well.
