This place is amazing! The new owners are bringing the level of care the residents receive there to a whole new level. They have been remodeling, have brought on a new dietary and therapy company, and are getting some amazing nurses and CNA's in so everyone receives fantastic care.
activity director is passive aggressive. Brenda wants to control everything. I shared that I had ordered new Bingo cards. She then ordered some cards and handed them out. This was followed by patients initialing their cards. I was not present. When I went to play, I was told that people could only play their cards, I did not have a card. I am unable to use the paper “cards” as I could not erase them one handed. The result is that I could not play.
A great asset to our community. I am so excited to have a place in town that puts their residents first
