Absolutely one of the best providers I have ever encountered. I am new to the hearing aid world but not to customer care. My 88yr old mom was visiting for 6wks, and her hearing aids had become obsolete. After reading reviews I made an appointment to have mom examined. The staff and Dr. Awender are the best! They were very patient with my sometimes ornery mom, and their pleasant, positive nature with a bit of humor thrown in was exactly what she needed. We ordered new hearing aids, had a return visit to pick them up and have them adjusted, and another appointment as a checkup. ** To be clear, we decided on a newer model of the same high end Oticon hearing aids and were in no way pressured to purchase them. ** Dr. Awender knew how to communicate with my mother and explain to her the importance of the positioning of the aids in her ear canal.
