There is no grace when it comes to cancellation/no show. If you don’t cancel within 48-72 hours you will be charged the full amount of services booked. This is in poor taste as typical cancellation fees are 10-30% of service.

I went for my first visit, and I am so happy I went because it was a GREAT experience! Sandra is the kindest, and the massage was exactly what I needed for my mind & body. Dawn did a fantastic job with my facial, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed once I left. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will most definitely be a returning customer. THANK YOU SANDRA!

This is an exceptional place with phenomenal people. Ms. Sandra Boyd is a childhood friend and I know the quality and character of who she is, a true professional and Virtuous Woman of God. Everyone that I have personally purchased a Spa Certificate for have nothing but excellent reviews about their experience. Big ups to Cj who is very good at what he does. I truly recommend this place for all of your Spa needs.

My husband sent me to the spa for a birthday session. I got the winter siesta treatment, and it was really wonderful (though I might not get that one again, because I'm particular about the scrubs that I use). CJ was my massage therapist and he does great work. I usually book around his availability. I feel asleep on the table for a little bit, which was nice. If you sign up for the mailing list, they usually have really nice specials a few times throughout the year. The lady at the front desk is always so kind, and I like that they call you a day or 2 before your scheduled appointment to confirm/remind. I would definitely recommend this place. I'm sending my king for his birthday, and I bought my MIL a gift certificate for hers. Check them out - you won't be disappointed.

The service and professionalism are outstanding! Your scheduled time is your own. They do not overbook and leave you waiting for any extra time. Sharon is my massage therapist. She can be as gentle as a lamb or go as deep tissue as you can stand. She always takes excellent care of me. All the staff from the receptionist to the therapist are phenomenal!!!
