I was surprised by the high rating of this business, as my experience was quite different. While I appreciate the diversity of cultures in this country, effective communication with customers is essential. English is the common language most customers rely on, and unfortunately, the staff here struggled to communicate clearly. This made it difficult to express my needs or ask questions, which significantly impacted the service. The environment also left much to be desired. The location is on the second floor, and I was not greeted or welcomed upon arrival. The space felt small, cold, and uninviting—especially given the vulnerability of being partially undressed during a massage. Bought a Groupon couples massage. Called to make an appt and told them I was bringing my elderly mom. Get here and the woman at the desk say you can’t use the Groupon because you are not a couple! What happens in a couples massage that’s going to be different with my mom and I, I wonder. Do they have some funny business??? I was so annoyed, the traffic in Westminster is awful even in the middle of the day. To get treated so poorly after I took my mom up in the filthy, piss smelling elevator! I’m glad I was able to cancel the Groupon because the massage place looked equally awful.

A few things to note: 1. English isn't the primary language here, but I got by. 2. 3% surcharge for credit card. Otherwise great massage for the price. Good pressure. Hot stones toward the end. Very polite. Difficult to find the stairs - they are a few doors down to the left of where the entrance is on the second floor. One suggestion for the business: pay for a subscription for your music so it doesn't have ads haha.

I have had 7 wonderful massages here. You must call ahead to get an appt 80% of the time. Shows they are popular. I started with a 1 hour massage with different massueses until I found my fav. Now I always get 2 hours. This place is clean, punctual, calm and relaxing. No one can be heard talking during your massage and quality is common here. Booking is easy. I love it Quality over quantity. $85 for 90 min is the best option. Call ahead.

Visiting from out of state, I really wanted a good message with good prices. I’ve search around nearby and looked at reviews and this was the only place I saw with better reviews so I gave them a shot. I was not disappointed. My massage girl name is Amy and she did such a terrific job I was actually drooling from relaxation. I’m only here for the weekend in Cali but I’m already tempted to come back tomorrow to request her. 10/10 recommend. P.s me and my significant other were also walk-ins without an appointment.
