12/30/25 - I want to give more stars because the receptionist up front was perfect. But the NP, Wendy Turk made the experience too fast and felt like my sickness wasn’t taken seriously. She came in asking if my symptoms were coughing and I said no, they were sore throat, congestion, headache, light headed, and nausea. I also let her know I went to work and I wasn’t feeling well especially with the lightheaded that I went home. She told me my Flu and Sore Throat test were negative. She then checked my ears and said I had liquid in my right ear. She also checked my breathing. Said what I had was post nasal drip and prescribed medications to pick up at my pharmacy. And all that was fine until she said she’d be right back and left the door wide open. Then she gave me the paperwork with medicat

I set an appointment for 2:40 pm but was not called back until almost 4:00 pm. Once in the room, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes until seen by a PCP, and she seemed tired or overwhelmed.

The NP that they have in the Carrollton location need be fired ASAP if she doesn’t like her job she need to find another mind u I had an appointment at 6:30 and didn’t get seen til 8 there were people after me who came that were seen before me . The Np comes in the room for only 2 minutes didn’t touch me or anything and trying to tell me I’m fine because I came back negative for Covid she was was very rude and not professional at all than as an attitude because I asked for a work note very very un professional never had a problem there all my years going there she really needs to be investigated

Do NOT go to this sad excuse of an urgent care. The facility seriously lacks professionalism, has inconsistent hours, and makes patients make appointments prioritizing them over walk-ins as if its an actual doctor's office. Would not recommend. Either the entire staff needs replaced or facility needs shut down.

I arrived at 8:15am and doors were locked. Called and was told “yeah, we’re not open yet we’re going to open around 9ish”. Waited until 9, went online and checked in saying I was on the way and would arrive within 15 minutes. Received a text that I was #1 in line. Went inside to check in with reception and was told I scheduled for 11am. I told her no, I said on the way, arriving within 15 mins AND got the text confirming I was 1st. All receptionist could say is sorry that’s not right. I asked can I just cancel that and be a walk in? Was told it would be around the same time. I’m absolutely frustrated since I’ve now been here for over an hour and was unable to even schedule within a reasonable amount of time!
