They will save your card and charge it months later with your permission and claim you owe them money after telling you that you paid your balance in full on your last visit when you left. You cannot call billing directly, it transfers you automatically to a voicemail and they will get back to you when they feel like it but you cannot call billing immediately talk to someone to schedule an appointment. I will never return here. The work was good but the billing aspect is horrible. POST OWNER REPLY EDIT: They tried to bill insurance when I told them I didn’t have it. When the insurance said no they want to hit me months later saying I owe 430$. Then when I told them no I don’t they then say I ACTUALLY only owe 130$. I’ve been going to this dental office for about a year now and I have pleasant experiences. Dr Szakaly is such a sweetheart and cares a lot about her patients. My daughter and son also have become patients here as well. It’s also very convenient for us because we live in the neighborhood right behind the office. I plan to stick around as long as possible.

I found Dr. Szakaly to be extremely knowledgeable. I love that she answered my questions without being condescending, explaining not only what she was doing, but why it had to be done. I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews and chatter on social media. Of these, most appear to be at the ultimate fault of the patient taking out their frustrations on the staff rather than taking responsibility for their own actions (missed appts, cancellation fees, etc.) The office staff are kind and courtesy, but gone are the days of the customer is always right, because they aren’t. Staff of any sort do not have to take the abuse and horrible attitudes thrown their way and I love how they have one another’s back. Dr. Szakaly is very matter of fact and to the point. I have to agree with some of the Y*lp and reviews here. Staff are extremely rude and incompetent. I took my daughter out of school for an appointment. I get there and am told there is no appointment and no record of my daughter. I have the text to confirm the appointment. Took off work, and my kid missed classes. Front staff wouldn't see if they could fit me in. No one was in the waiting room. I was not rude and asked them to ask the doctor if they could fit me in. I was asked to leave and call to make an appointment later. *This is the place that took over the car wash in Carrollton. Response: You are the correct location. I love that whenever you get a bad review, you create several fake new ones. Everyone, just search recent and look at the account names. "Camera Accessori
