Riverside Eagle Harbor Primary Care

My doctor is Lisa Knust I been seeing her for over 10 yrs ,She is absolutely the best doctor I ever had as a Primary Care physician! Dr.Knust is very patient , compassionate,and really care about her patients wellbeing if I could give her a 100 stars I would as for the staff They are very kind pleasant & helpful !I really Love my Dr & Staff

Started going here in June and I can't say enough good things about Shelly, highly recommend her for your PCP. I have had many in my lifetime and she is the first that actually cares about my health and well being and getting to any root cause of my ailments. Highly recommend her and the practice as a whole.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Knust. Received a call at 4:30 pm, less than 24 hours before my appointment, to advise me that Dr. Knust is cancelling my appointment because she is not my current PCP. However, my PCP, who I haven’t seen in TWO years was not available for a few weeks, so I was told that I’d have an appointment with Dr. Knust to discuss a myriad of symptoms that I’ve been experiencing daily. I also have two young children that I had already secured childcare for. I’ve never been to a practice where you can only have ONE provider, even when your original PCP is not available. It is disappointing, inconsiderate, and unfortunate. I will not be returning to Riverside as a patient.

UPDATE: Emailed the provided email in riverside response 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. In that 4 weeks I've unfortunately had more issues with this Lacey person. I absolutely love my doctor. HOWEVER, Lacey who answers the phone at the location is very rude. Her tone when I called sounded as though I bothered her or inconvenienced her. I had asked if she could get word to my doctor to ensure she recieved a message by close of business today regarding a medication. Lacey told me no they check the portal messages between patience. I said I understood that however sometimes since they are busy they may not get to it. Due to it being a medication that is hard to find I wanted my doctor aware we had to call it in else where that had a limited stock. She reiterated the that the

I see Ashlea and I absolutely couldn’t be more grateful for such an amazing provider! Everyone she’s referred me to see has been so amazing too! It’s such a relief knowing that all of my providers are on my side and I’m getting the help I need. The staff in this office are also just as amazing!
