Seneca Family Health Center

I highly recommend Seneca Family health. Switching both my kids and self was the best move I made. We each have a different provider and love each one. I see Jennifer Whitmore, my daughter sees Christina Gray and my son sees Dr. Shives. They are very accommodating and even my mom switched and loves it there. The office is clean and I like the small office feel.

Most of these bad reviews are for a different practice. This is not the same Dr. or staff from years ago. I really like this place. The staff are very friendly and the Dr's. don't rush you through. They take the time to talk to you, answer your questions and explain everything to you so you understand. I would recommend this practice.

The office staff here are horrible. I had a scheduled appt that I was going to be late for as I was tied up with my daughter at the hospital. I called the office to say I would be late and could I reschedule because of the unforseen situation. Receptionist Sheila was nasty and said I would be charged a NCNS fee for this. Last appt I will schedule with this office. What an unprofessional, disrespectful office!

My personal experiences as a patient at Seneca Family Health has been very positive whether it's been interacting with the office staff over the phone or in the office as well as my office visits with Dr. Shives I feel I am in good hands entrusting my health care needs to this medical practice

Don’t understand the negative bad reviews, because Dr. Shives and Marcy go above and beyond for me. Never had issues with any other staff. All I have to do is send a message in the portal. He’s a great, thorough provider.
