Dr. Steven S is the kindest dentist I’ve ever seen! He takes time to listen and explains exactly what he’s doing. I am so thankful to have found him! His staff is also top notch!

No, they do not accept all insurances. I pay out-of-pocket. But m reimbursed. A portion of my insurance because it is out-of-network but I will not go anywhere else. Dr. French is the best dentist I have ever had. I am changing my insurance to go there. Understand I had dental procedures done that were extensive. And an implant and more And could not have asked for a better dentist. He is understanding and polite. He has done more than any dentist I've ever had to help me keep my teeth.

I had not seen a dentist in some time due to my dentist retiring. I had a urgent dental issue come up and they did their absolute best to get me in. Mind you, taking me in sight unseen as a new patient. The assistant Taylor, and Dr. S were incredibly professional and skilled. Any anxiety I had coming in, was gone by the time I left. They stepped up to help me when I was in a great deal of pain, and took their time to ensure the procedure to help me was done methodically. You have earned a new customer. Steve, Waterloo NY

Same as others said they took insurance then didn't and came up with a huge bill. Get everything in writing on payment and what you will owe. Did great dental work but they were nasty after the fact. Id seek out another dentist

Does not accept Excellus Essential Plan 2 Dental Insurance…..because it is part of New York State Health…. That Automatically Labeled Myself and anyone else with it to be classified as a Dead-Beat ….say they accept My insurance BUT they Refused !!!!!
