Littlejohn & Barbi Orthodontics

We had a rough experience with our last orthodontist, when I made an appointment for my oldest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. We walked in and it was such a warm and welcoming experience! They talked us through the process of removing his braces and the short wait to get his retainer THE SAME DAY! The hour drive was so worth it, I knew this was going to be our go to place. I made an appointment for my younger two kids to have a consultation. They got them in very quickly and a week later, I have two more kids in braces. They made that experience just as wonderful as my oldest getting his removed. So thankful for all staff here!

The staff is very pleasant. Always happy to help and assist. They made my son feel comfortable and not nervous at all. They took the time to explain everything to me and offer the time to discuss questions I had. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service. Staff are great, offerings to patients and families are great. Payment options are attainable. Customers for life!! **UPDATE: About a year later and it just keeps getting better! She loves the snack/drink offerings after her visits, as well as the ability to brush before visits, and today they surprised her with an early birthday treat, and we have a lower expander as a souvenir! Everyone is so special there! THANKS, Dr. Rod, Dr. Liz and Team!! **

Extremely nice, clean, personable, organized. Remembers my daughter’s preferred nickname, which goes a long way when treating an anxious 9 year old. She was nervous to get her spacers and after her appointment I asked her what she thought and she said “they were really nice, especially Dr. Littlejohn” I’m so happy they are treating her!

I can’t say enough great things about this practice. Littlejohn & Barbi are wonderful. The whole crew are friendly and inviting. It’s been a great experience for my son.
