Best welcoming presentation when admitted after midnight. First days paced understandably given my mission goals. Administrative staff were highly visible and friendly. They remembered my name outside of my beautiful room. CEO Matthew paid me a visit on day two. He openly shared community inclusion goals and his personal background. We swapped nursing related war stories. The meals were tasty and prepared with home made care, I was told. Therapy culture was very open with a variety of engaging exercises made available as my body was in slow motion and resistant initially. The crown jewel was my care team. In a few words, I am growing to l-o-v-e their spirit for nursing,safety and overall care for me. I heard often this praise of support, "When you are ready!"

Great experience, my mom was one of the first few patients when this facility opened a few weeks ago. The staff was very supportive and communicated well regarding mom’s care and therapy plans. Even when I had concerns they were on point with solutions and handled it smoothly. The case manager was Amazing also, great work Thank you all so much ❤️

This place is good. The best case managers I have ever had and I’ve been to a lot of places. The nurses are good too. I’ve been coming to this place since 2021 when needed. They have great wound care and doctors.

I am a retired nurse and my son spent a month there. He had the worst care of any facility I’ve ever experienced. They don’t even have fitted sheets for the beds, so the patient is laying in a bare mattress.. There were some nice nurses and aides, but most were rude and it was clear they didn’t really want to do their job. I am appalled by the care and their standards. The food there was decent, and the PT and OT people were good. Beware of placing your loved ones on the Ltach floor.

My brother has been at this facility for one week. I’ve asked since he’s been there to speak with the physician responsible for his care. I have yet to receive a call from the physician responsible, Dr. Soma. He did not even attend the care plan meeting that was scheduled for me and my family concerning my brother’s care. I’m still waiting.
