Does anyone else have trouble getting their refills. I have refills on my bottles and they tell me I don’t have any refills left. They blame everything on my Drs office. I get copy’s of what Dr sends them and they out and out twist everything around. They sent me 14 Ozempics in 9 months so 5 more than ordered. I am a loss I don’t know what to do! I know I have the orders for refills and can’t get them. They changed the mg on one of my meds. I ask why they said Dr ordered the change. Dr didnt notify me sounds very suspicious. I have never had any problems with a pharmacy like this.

This place is a joke! First of all, when I signed up to use them it took a month for me to even start getting my prescriptions. I had to call and tell them they have to be the one to call my old pharmacy to get my refills transfered. Stupidity!!! Now it's been hell trying to get them to do the math at billing me and quit showing a past due amount when I always pay in full every month! I'm so done with this. 😡😡

I would give them a zero star rating. Instead of sending bottles of medication, they sent little plastic pouches in a roll. They changed the way I take my medicine which meant I had loose pills in a container. After leaving the program I had to call them a 2nd time to get them to actually send those prescriptions back to CVS. All of this has led to me going days without some medication. When I called them regarding it, I was put on hold for quite some time before I could get anybody to help me and what I was told was, " I don't know what to tell you." Update: While I was waiting on a callback from my current pharmacy she called me back to back until I answered and said that she called my insurance company and gave bogus details about my prescriptions. I know this because I also called them

I didn't know they were out of ne network when called. I have sent them messages more then once, but keep trying to get them to stop bothering me. My doctors are not going to send my Rx's them without my permission. I just want them to go away.
