Facial retraining with Leah has made such a big difference in my daily life. She has taught me so many different stretches, exercises, breathing and relaxation strategies to help me relax my face and help manage my synkinesis. This in turn has helped me achieve a softer, more natural smile. Every time we meet, she is able to focus our sessions on what areas of my face feel tight and need extra attention. I highly recommend her to anyone trying navigate the scary and unknown world of facial paralysis/facial palsy.

Leah is an incredible clinician who is very knowledgeable in her field. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy when I was 18 years old. At the time I was thrown in PT with little progress and felt defeated. For almost 20 years, I have been living with the residual effects of synkinesis, not aware of any ways to improve it. I began working with Leah about 1 year ago and have seen tremendous progress. With the combination of Leah’s PT program and Botox injections, I was able to improve my facial movements and gain better symmetry before my wedding earlier this year. I am beyond grateful for the confidence Leah helped me build before the big day. Leah teaches you how to improve yourself by empowering you to be a part of your treatment plan. By better understanding your facial muscles, you can work

Leah was my physical therapist for 31/2 years. I had Bell's palsy with synkinesis and she taught me relaxation, retraining and eating techniques and how to massage my face. The improvement in my condition would not have been achieved without her expert coaching.

Working with Leah helped me gain a lot of confidence as I recovered from Bell's Palsy. My healing was slow and was not going very well. Leah taught me how to recognize the muscles in my face and neck that needed my attention and how to massage them to relax them. After a year, I still follow the daily regiment that Leah developed for me. I continue to see my condition improve because of the massage and the retraining exercises that Leah taught me. I am forever grateful to Leah for her help and support.

I had facial reanimation surgery. Leah worked with me during my rehab process. She articulated extremely well on how to train my muscles in the new way. She worked with me to give me a comprehensive plan on the exercises to work on daily. I am grateful for her help!
