I had a wake endoscopy as I am terrified of sedation. While it is not the world's most comfortable procedure, I was left in awe of how kind, patient, professional and genuinely caring Dr Rameau and her fellow, Dr Clarke were throughout. I made my anxiety clear from the start and they took it one step at a time. At no point did I feel pressured. There was always the option to stop if I wanted. Dr Clarke held my hand. I can say without a doubt they got me through because of how they handled it. This is a procedure I've put off for so long due to fear and after my initial consult here I knew I'd be able to get through it. These people are rock stars and I wish all medical professionals were like this.

I have been a patient for the last two years and just had the most impolite conversation with miss Lisa who schedules the appointments. As I will need a treatment I would like to get a second opinion from a different doctor than the one I am seeing. She completely didn’t understand my position, was impolite, was raising her voice and didn’t answer the question about other doctors at the facility, saying there is Google for that. Complete lack of respect, this person shouldn’t work with suffering patients.

Beware of the rude employee named LISA as she will disrespect you and treat you like you need to beg for mercy.

Great practice, Dr Sulica removed a polyp and I got back my ability to sing. The voice therapy staff was also very accomodating, and made the recovery process much easier than I expected
