Seabranch Health and Rehabilitation Center

This is the worst facility i have ever walked into. From the front desk to the Doctors are straight terrible. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and nasty to the visitors & patients. My mother in law was transported to this facility from the hospital and we called my mother in law to check up on her and I hear nurse practitioner saying they were going to have to send her back to hospital because her oxygen was at 80% i got on the phone with the nurse practitioner and asked what is her oxygen litter set to? She responds with a 2. I told her she needs to be at 5 litters she was 5 at the hospital for the last three weeks. Nurse practitioner said hospital sent paper work saying she was at a 2. Therefore I call hospital to make sure they sent over the correct paperwork and find out they did send

These people treated my Grandma like crap. left her in a shitty diaper for 2 hours multiple times. she can't move well and instead of clearing off her tray to put her food near her, they put it at her feet where she couldn't reach it. We tried asking for things and they stared at us like we were an inconvenience or slammed doors in our faces. They have no care or compassion for their patients and they dont care what the family wants for their loved ones. The facility was not clean the floors were sticky and the bed my grandma was on was super old and peeling. they didnt work on her rehab nearly enough and skipped weekends so she falls behind... there is no security at all, we came in and out with noone questioning who we came to see and noone checking for weapons or checking id's.

Zero stars if that were possible. Sea Branch is an absolutely horrible facility. My mother was sent here after a lengthy hospital stay with the understanding that this was a short-term rehabilitation facility where she would receive physical therapy to regain strength so she could return home. That could not be further from what actually happened. The staff are rude and dismissive at best. My mother has been left sitting in her own waste for hours waiting for someone to help her. As a result, she has developed painful bedsores and is in constant discomfort. When I ask staff to change her, I’m told, “Give us a minute,” but those minutes turn into hours. When I visit, I end up changing her myself because no one else will. Any time you ask a question, staff respond with attitude and behave

My mom’s insurance only would pay for her to go there. She arrived at 6:30 pm and I went there around 7:30. The nurses and staff were so rude and not friendly at all. She needed acute rehab and the nurse was trying to make her get out of bed and stand up. All I can say is thank god I was there to tell them she cannot stand on her own. The floors were so dirty it was disgusting. When she laid down on the bed she said she could feel the springs. I told my mom you are not staying in this place so I took her home. I would highly not recommend this facility at all.

I’ve been here a few months now and love this place. Friendly people, clean, no bad smells like many other facilities. The Administrator goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running well. Kudos to all those hard working professionals who work in this facility, their jobs are not easy.
