He was rude to me and my mother on both occasions that we called and came in. He was rude, unaccommodating and disrespectful as a doctor and as a person. He acted as though us coming in was an inconvenience to him. I was overcharged $70, which the woman fitting me for glasses confirmed after my exam, and when I explained it to him and asked him to correct it he got rude with me and snapped at me that it was my fault. I've never been treated that disrespectfully by any health care provider anywhere.

Stopped by to get my husband an eye exam. This man was rude and cared nothing to see him. Don't recommend him at all.

Doctor is great. However the receptionist Alice is extremely rude when I asked why she was treating me this way she replied she was having a bad day. I needed a copy of my husbands prescription and when she pulled it she told me to try to keep up with my things. Will never go back because of her.

I have a prescription that was written down incorrectly & by the time I got my glasses - they cant fix it because it’s past their guarantee date of 90 days. There ARE other eye doctors in Athens & our family Will be switching. We went there for convenience and it was fine until this.

I had a amazing time having my eyes check . He was very nice and did a great job making sure that I had the correct prescription to use for my eyes.thank you and glad and happy to see you back in Athens Tx.Dr williams
