Everyone was very friendly & accommodating. The process moved smoothly but not rushed. Took lots of time to explain things & asked if I had questions. I have an appointment in two weeks for them to see how well I’m adjusting to wearing my hearing aids & if I need any assistance with them. These folks are genuinely concerned about their patients. I would highly recommend this business to everyone.

Karen is awesome! She is extremely helpful and always kind. She went out of her way multiple times to help us get what we needed when nobody else would, including the original hearing-aid company we purchased from. Our only regret is not going there first! Highly recommend SoundWorks in Athens!!!!
