I'm pretty grateful for this hospital. My husband and I were walking our dogs about 2 weeks ago and a small kitten wandered up to us with 0 survival instinct. He had a big nasty wound on his back that waw infected and smelled like death. I couldnt leave him it's just not in me. We took him here and we're straight with the Vet about where we were resource wise. Here we are 2 weeks later and his back is healing beautifully and he's doing great.

I cannot recommend them high enough! Dr. Lowry and Kaylee were absolutely a delight to work with and were so good to Westin! Our boujie boy got the best care I could ask for. We will be back! Xrays were shown to me and all the meds described well!

This is genuinely the best vet around! I drove from an hour away yesterday bc the customer service is so good. Please don’t ever change the way yall do business! I appreciate the upfront pricing guidance and that I’m always given options on cost and treatment. I know it’s hard to go be an exact estimate but this place always gives me a ballpark idea and has always been right at what they quoted or under. I’ve brought multiple animals here. I love that they are open late without an up charge bc let’s be realistic… you don’t know your animals Is hurt etc until you get home from work or it’s the weekend. I took my cat in for throwing up. The doctor fear mongers you to do multiple procedures. I paid $640 for these; blood test (which is acceptable) and then he told me my cat needs an X-ray. After the X-ray he said my cat has something lodge in his stomach and said he couldn't identify it and said sonogram (which I paid for) would help. I told him my cat doesn't eat anything other than his food. So all all in all after I paid the bill and took my cat home to monitor him ( I was told surgery might be needed, so he needs to be watched) My cat violently pooped out tape worms... Apparently $640 doesn't include a simple fecal test/fecal sample would have solved the whole thing (which they didn't do) Now I know how they pay for their new building. 2 Stars I had an 11:00 AM appointment and arrived early at 10:45 AM. I was told to wait in my car and that I would be called when a room was ready. At 11:10, 11:30, and 11:55 I followed up because I never received a call. Each time I was told there were no rooms available. After waiting over an hour past my scheduled time with no updates or apology, I cancelled and left. Five minutes later, they called saying a room was available and asked me to turn around. I did. After returning, I waited in the exam room another 28 minutes. My pets received their shots at 12:32 PM, and the veterinarian did not come in to speak with me until 12:48 PM — nearly two hours after my original appointment time.
