I am beyond disappointed and upset with the way my son and I were treated at this dental office. My son had an appointment that they confirmed with me over the phone — only for us to show up and be told it was canceled. No explanation, no accountability, just confusion and attitude from the front desk staff. To make matters worse, the front desk person was incredibly rude and blatantly racist in how she spoke to us compared to other patients. It was painfully obvious and completely unprofessional. But the most disturbing part of the visit was what happened with one of the nurses — Stacey. She physically grabbed my arm and told me to go wait outside. Dr. Klohr, his receptionist and staff could not be any more friendly and welcoming. Dr. Klohr takes the time to ask questions and explain everything in a very professional manner. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Dental hygienist Renee was also very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her as well. Thank you for making my experience good.

Great little dental office. Dr Klohr was professional , knowledgeable and courteous . The secretary in the office also very professional she has been super helpful when needing to schedule appointments as well as when calling to reschedule.

If I could do 0 stars I would DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE (added pic of the lady who is EXTREMELY RUDE with ZERO patience for KIDS!! The assistant is literally the rudest and has zero patience for kids, but wants to act fake and nice. Drove a hour just for them to look at my kids tooth and be like OK that's it three times because they didn't want to take five minutes for my child to calm down and say that's OK we'll wait. It's OK no they literally did nothing and then when I asked, why am I paying for this? If you guys are gonna do nothing they said I can take my business to a pediatric dentist if I sell, please and they weren't gonna argue with me when I wasn't arguing. I was simply asking.
