Gabby and Robin were fantastic. Robin saw me for a leg injury. I called a few days later to make sure was healing properly. Called and immediately told me to come back up. Was going on vacation and wanted to make sure all was good. Robin quickly examined my healing progress and assured me was healing properly. Robin’s bright attitude coupled with her professionalism put me at ease. Bravo!!

I received an excellent level of care at the Waterloo Urgent Care. The front desk, nurse and physician were all efficient, compassionate and caring. In spite of being very ill with Flu A and pneumonia, I can easily say it was a very pleasant experience. The care I received catapulted me to a quick, comfortable and full recovery. I recommend them highly!

Each member of this facility that I engaged with was courteous and professional. I was assisted very quickly. The attending practitioner, Robyn, listened to me describe my symptoms before conducting an examination and then asked questions. She prescribed medications that quickly got me on the road to recovery. Great job, Waterloo Urgent Care!

My experience was top notch. The waiting room was organized and well managed. The wait was short compared to other places. My examination process was quick and I was in-out within the hour!

The staff were super attentive. They took the time they needed with each patient as well as got patients taken care of in a timely manner. Love the Nurse Practitioner Robin! Diane and the MA were pleasant and made me feel heard.
