I am so glad I found this place! From the moment we walked in, it was bright and welcoming. The staff were joyful, helpful, and genuine. The interior was clean and colorful. Every member of staff was attentive and so personable, they took the time to listen to us and took time to spend with my baby. I completely trusted the doctor and her opinions and recommendations. It was an amazing first visit and I’m thankful to have found somewhere like this. I don’t mind driving further to go here. Absolutely recommend!

I went for the first time today with my two month old baby- we went elsewhere for her first two appointments; the difference in pediatric care offices is astounding. Prior to heart to heart, I left feeling unsettled and not connected to the providers or the space. When we came to heart to heart, immediately everyone was so receptive and kind. All of the staff here are so lovely, so gentle, so caring. We felt heard and not pressured into anything- i feel so grateful to be able to take my baby there. HIGHLY recommend.

These people are so wonderful! It’s unheard of to have a pediatrician that will honor a parent’s request to not vaccinate their child. I love their texting line- I can send in pics of my child and most things they’ve been able to help me without an appointment. They are so easy to work with. Jen, who handles the front desk and phones is incredibly knowledgeable! They get things done so quickly. This is how medical care should be. They make everything so easy and not overly complicated.

My daughter has been struggling with a complex, often misunderstood health issue, and others recommended Ginny at Heart to Heart Pediatrics. We had our first visit today, and we are so grateful to have established care here. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. Ginny was patient, taking time to listen to us and ask thoughtful questions. She was reassuring, and she offered practical suggestions for care. My daughter and I both feel confident that she is in good hands, and she will receive the best care possible.

This pediatrician office is wonderful! We had two connections that both referred us to Heart to Heart. In fact, we travel 40 minutes to them, and we’ll never switch. They’ve never hesitated to refer us to a specialist, they help us through the texting line, as much as they can, so we don’t have to drive all the way in.
