Fabulous experience all around! GREAT pricing. Went in for multi-focal contacts. Not an easy process, fore it can take numerous tries with numerous brands to get it all correct. Drs (husband and wife) saw me several times, making fine tuning adjustments, each time giving me a free trial set of contacts. Vision is now as close to 20-20 as can be! HIGHLY recommended!

Dr. Macdonald was great and I thought she did a great job in the eye exam. However, I was disappointed to find out she does not take insurance and is out-of-network for VSP. The first part of this was told to me as I was walking into the office for the exam and not when I set up the appointment. The receptionist told me that it would be no problem, I just have to submit the claim to VSP to be reimbursed since they do not handle insurance. I submitted the claim and was reimbursed the $105 but they took it out of my contact's allowance for the year. So alas I have prescription but now would have to pay $100 out-of-pocket for the smallest box contact lenses. Frustrating! I have been to independent optometrist at other Costcos and never had this problem.

Always great service and support! Highly recommend this optometrist. Had the opportunity to be seen by another doctor who covers on the weekends and she was wonderful!
