If I could give it zero stars I would. My daughter and I have an appointment last month and when we show up they tell us it’s going to be an 1.5 to 2 hour wait. We reschedule for today, called before I left and asked if the doctor was on time and the receptionist said yes. After waiting for an hour and a half again we left and I got my co-payment back. Another patient, who was actually there before I was walked out right after me. The receptionists look like two deers in headlights. My time is just as valuable as yours. I’ll go elsewhere. WASTE OF TIME

RACIST STAFF MEMBER. “The Spanish speaking patients take twice as long to be seen because we can’t understand them” “Well maybe they should go back to Guatemala where they came from”. This was the interaction I overheard from the two front desk personnel after waiting over AN HOUR to see a doctor. I immediately called the remark out of line and unprofessional to the desk person who made the comment to make her aware of her blatant racism and explained no matter what language someone speaks they deserve healthcare. She then decided to berate me not only inside, but also in the parking lot calling me a “little girl” and a “dumb liberal”. I’m a 30 year old woman. This place kind of sucks. Waited until 12:00 to be seen for my 11:00 appointment, no apology from doctor. Seems super unorganized and behind despite many employees. Won’t go back because no respect for personal time. You can’t make someone wait an hour for an appointment smh
