Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dermatologist. In short, I was charged over $300 to remove a pimple. They had to inject me 3 separate times to remove it (it’s still there by the way) and after the 3rd injection, they told me that if that didn’t work, they would have to bring me back for an incision which would cost another $200. So $500 to remove a pimple, instead of working with the patient to doing the right thing which would be to only charge if they were able to dissolve the pimple/cyst. The place operates likes a deli counter, cycling patients in and out every 3 minutes. They only care about making money, not providing good service to their patients. Do not go here!

Dr. Evan Schlam is an outstanding dermatologist—knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. He provides excellent care and takes time to explain every detail. His team is professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This place only cares about collecting a check and didn’t do anything for my acne or skin condition. My appointments didn’t last any longer than 10 minutes and they jump to prescriptions before I can even voice my skin concerns. My whole family went here and we have all left. They also removed a cyst from my brother and left a pretty nasty scar. Definitely don’t recommend!!

Not happy with this place, I made an appointment to see Dr. Evan Schlam, first I express my concerns to his assistant Susan that suggested me what to use. I didn’t see the Dr. till I talked about Botox, saw him for few minutes he asked if I wanted to do the Botox told me the price I said no I don’t want, he left the room and Susan brought me to the front where they sold me the suggested product ( I thought would be prescription to get in the pharmacy but no. On my follow up, again saw Susan the assistant. I am not happy because I didn’t have my appointment with the doctor, I felt like now a days they probably doing just fillers, Botox and selling products. Feeling frustrated!

The absolute best dermatologist. The customer service and environment is top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Evan Schlam. Don’t think twice. Make an appointment today!! I wish I had done it sooner.
