I feel like they don't listen to the patient. Instead they listen to other people about your situation. I had a family emergency in another state, a so called friend was mad because I wouldn't give her my medication. She called the office, I was called in for a pill count. I know that's in the rules or whatever. But they should listen to the patient instead of somebody that's mad. I could've proved at the time that I was out of state. But it didn't matter. So I got let go from there.

They have been amazing. There were several things that went back and forth with insurance they helped with. Everything has been explained extremely well and in layman's terms so there wasn't any confusion and they made sure you are educated about the issues and procedure. They have all listened well and been a great help!!
