Moved to Scarsdale 2 years ago was in the bronx and was forced to deal with Walgreens when Rite aid shut down and I am really happy to have found Spencer Pharmacy as they never disappoint, always have prescription ready, no long lines, no attitudes. Maybe I came at a bad time. But I am so beyond underwhelmed with the lack of help and support that I received from the Pharmacist. A New Rochelle native now living in Los Angeles, I left LA in a hurry with my vials, but not my needles. Wandering in there in need of what I’ve always thought of as “insulin” needles, I asked the person at the counter for help and was referred to the pharmacist. I showed the pharmacist my med and the vials that it came in, and explained that I had my meds but had left the needlesin LA because I came in quickly for my Father’s funeral, The very disinterested pharmacist asked me several technical questions about the needle I wanted. I switched from CVS (WHAT A NIGHTMARE) a few years ago and never looked back. Spencer's Pharmacy is the best! The staff is kind, the selection is great, and the experience of picking up meds is just very smooth. They're super great here, and the heart of the Scarsdale Village. Stop patronizing the big chains--horrible experiences--and bring business back to the mom and pop shops that keep Scarsdale great! Thanks, Spencer's!

The Scarsdale Spencer Pharmacy has been a part of Scarsdale Village for decades. They have expanded their stock to address the needs of the community. When a local stationary store closed, they expanded their card selection and when a local office supply store closed they began offering additional paper goods to help keep customers coming into their store. Of course, first and foremost, they are a pharmacy with a dedicated team of pharmacists who are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. As a result of the Coronavirus, they now stock a great selection of masks which is probably a major source of revenue of them and a great resource for their valued customers.

My insurance company keeps trying to switch to their mail order service for prescriptions, but no way! Dave and his staff are an important part of our local ecology. We no longer have a hardware store in town and cannot afford to lose our drugstore as well. Dave knows our family and our meds. We respect him and trust his advice.
