I have given sc Home RX 1 year to get it together. This review is a forewarning to all who might be tempted by their claims of simplicity and ease. Don’t buy it. I’m going to detail my family’s experience. For perspective. I am a caregiver to my 84 year old mother in law who has dementia. She is on a lot of medicine that can’t be missed. #1. I begged for 2 weeks for a refill on her Xanax RX. I literally could not get anyone to fill it. Each person had a different excuse and person to blame. After she ran out and missed almost a week she had to be admitted to the emergency room with stroke like symptoms. We removed this RX from Sc Home RX and didn’t have any issues until it was inadvertently sent to them again and oh wait they didn’t fill it. When I called I was told it would be sent t

SC Rx keeps filling my Dad's prescription even after we canceled and has all his medication going to Walgreens. The reason being.is they keep filling his prescriptions and he never receives the medication and my Dad can't get his medicines. If this continues I will have to take other measures.

This pharmacy used by South Carolina House Calls has caused me much suffering and aggravation by not delivering my medications on time several times! They are impossible to get on the telephone and they don't bother to respond to voicemails either. I was told that they are a new company, but that's no excuse. If they can't provide medication for critically sick ones don't expect them to provide it for lesser ill ones. They should be ashamed for the extremely poor service that they provide. The 5 stars given or most of them probably are from employees or their family members. They need to close down until they get their act together. Also forget getting the helpful blister packs promised, they have an excuse for that too. I'm sorry, but I have to say this company is just pitiful and causin
