I had a dental emergency late Friday afternoon and they were able to see me at 6:15pm as a walk in. The entire staff stayed past closing to repair my chipped tooth, no problem at all. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and I have never been more comfortable at a dentist office. My tooth was repaired quickly and the price charged was reasonable for the services rendered. It looks perfect and I am very happy with the result. Dr Gambrell was amazing and has an excellent chairside manner. He explained everything and was very patient with me. I highly recommend this office if you need any of the services they provide. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.
Dr. Gambrell was amazing. My 9 year old had a dental emergency Friday evening. To make a long story short, our dentist's answering service referred us to a dentist for Sat morning. I get there, they don't treat children, nor did they have a list of referrals. I googled and called SC Emergency Dental on Trenholm Rd. Andrew set my financial expectations over the phone and then I drove over. The staff is friendly and comforting. Dr. Gambrell and his assistant were efficient and effective in treating my terrified 9 year old and provided clear instructions on next steps. It was not an accident that we ended up at this office and I am grateful for the service we received. They provided me with everything I need to file my claim to my insurance for reimbursement.
This place is top notch. If you have any dental related emergencies, these people can help you out. They helped me out with my pain and fixed me up well. Highly recommend
