Dr. Saus is the best! She’s super nice and made the whole appointment feel easy and stress-free. The exam was quick but still really thorough, and I never felt rushed. Plus, I walked out with the cute new glasses. Such a great experience!

Don't know about the doctor as I never got around to seeing her. However, the front desk lady that does the scheduling is rude and needs customer service skills. She hung up on me for not filling out her online form with several days to spare before the actual visit so I canceled the appointment.

Not sure how I found this practice but I’m so glad I did,the frog. Desk Michelle is so sweet caring and always able to answer any questions I may have,and Dr is amazing kind and thorough and not only does she exam the heck out of your eyes she explains everything in plain English not medical jargon,love them and will keep coming back.

I have been a patient for quite some time. Dr. Saus is terrific,thorough,professional,and kind. She has always been very accommodating when I needed to be seen in urgent situation. Highly recommend. Michelle the receptionist is very efficient ,personable& pleasant.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new eye doctor. I found her though my insurance provider. Everything has been great thus far. Comprehensive exam with good technology. Got fitted for contacts easily. Making appointments with the assistant was smooth with good communication. Great in-network experience.
