Everything at sophisticated smiles is a blessing. Dr. Mark is such a wonderful person & is very good at his profession. The new secretary is kind , with a very nice greeting & smile. Dr. Mark assistant Angela is knowledgeable , & very aware of your needs , especially long procedures. Peggy also does the cleaning , she also is very kind, thorough & enjoys her job with alot of experience as well. Some of the other staff that I don’t know I’m sure does a great job. My wife & myself been coming here for 20+- years Highly recommend , you won’t go anywhere else after meeting Dr. Mark Szeier. Thank you Jimmy Pirozzoli

You get a warm welcome, and are treated like family the minute you enter the door. All of the staff are wonderful. My husband and I have had cleanings from all of the hygienist's, and all of them do an amazing and thorough job. Dr. Mark has always been painless whether he is drilling a cavity, a route canal or a bridge. He makes you feel completely at ease. It is unbelievable that a visit to their office could be such a pleasant experience. It is not the stereotype of what you expect going to the dentist's office. Truly the best dental experience of my life. I cannot recommend Sophisticated Smiles and Dr. Mark enough. From the second you walk in, the entire team, reception, the hygienists, everyone, treats you with so much kindness and care that you instantly feel safe. I went in absolutely terrified to start my top and bottom veneers, and they were so gentle, patient, and reassuring the whole way through. Dr. Mark is truly an artist. He made sure every single detail was perfect, and you can tell how much pride he takes in his work. I never once felt rushed or like “just another patient.” They made me feel taken care of every step of the journey. The experience didn’t end when I walked out the door, either, they send you home with the cutest goodie bag, and they even call to check on you afterwar

This was my first visit to Sophisticated Smiles. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The waiting room was relaxing and comfortable. It was like being in someone's living room reading and watching tv. I had a good experience and a thorough dental cleaning. In addition to receiving a toothbrush, floss and toothpaste, they offer cookies 😀
