Surgery sucks. Recovery was not easy. Although, I am very grateful for the therapy I received at a Life In Balance. Dr.Paula is brilliant at assessing the body, pin pointing muscular imbalances and how best to approach a full body recovery. Lauren and the other PTAs supported my care. I can gladly say, I am back to full range of motion and I have a significant improvement of quality of life.

I’ve been seeing Dr Paula and her staff for the last 6 months, thru my last trimester of pregnancy and now for my postpartum recovery. Dr. Paula is truly a master at how she works with the human body. I feel like she has solved some serious body riddles for me and has got me feeling phenomenal in my body after some challenging symptoms post birth. Her staff is incredibly kind and professional and the entire office radiants warmth and healing. I highly recommend A Life in Balance.

Dr. Paula, Lauren, Meg and Cassy are excellent at what they do! They are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and deeply caring, I initially began seeing them for PT 10 months ago as I was recovering from back surgery and was able to easily move into focusing on other areas that were causing an issue. They truly listened to my needs and concerns and were able to address issues mid-session. Their whole body, integrative approach enabled me to get back to the activities and life style I wanted. I will truly miss seeing them every week and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to gain confidence and reclaim functional movement.

I have been to various physical therapists for my posture before, and none have helped provide me with any lasting change. A Life in Balance helped me to figure out what was going on with my body, why I get migraines, and how I can work to improve my muscular imbalances. I found all team members to be very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I appreciated the one-on-one focus from the physical therapists, especially making sure that I was doing my exercises properly.
