⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Rob and the team at Saugerties Center of Health. Rob is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about getting you better — not just pushing you through exercises. He takes the time to explain why you’re doing what you’re doing, which makes a huge difference in confidence and recovery. The facility itself is welcoming, professional, and well-run, and you never feel rushed or overlooked. From day one, I felt listened to and supported, and I’ve seen real improvement because of it. If you’re dealing with pain, injury, or mobility issues, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend Rob and Saugerties Center of Health.

I have been a patient of massage therapist Liza’s for over Four years now. After getting covid and having major sciatic issues (previously but worsened with sedentary life during the shutdown) I needed help. The pain was debilitating, but once Liza and I had the first session and subsequent ones she was able to work it out and keep it at bay. I’ve been going monthly for a long time now and these intense massage therapy sessions have rejuvenated me and have allowed me to not just feel better but live better. She will work with your needs of what kind of work needing to be done to being aware of you and any conditions you might have that might massage “challenging.” I’ve told people in my life to go see Liza if you are having issues. Can’t take this place seriously… No one EVER answers the phones at this practice…. Like never. There’s no excuse for that. Tried making several appointments over the past five months. They’re supposedly open five days a week for ten hours a day…, but you’d never know it because they literally never answer their phones. People don’t have time for this… They’re not a serious practice. I’ve been to this location several times and I never see any other patients there. Figures. They have one (totally) incompetent, slow receptionist, who’s never at the front desk, and who doesn’t return calls. IF she does return calls, it’s too late and you’ve had to go elsewhere to get pain relief… Plus, she has an attitude when she (finally) deigns to call back. Who needs this??? They only have a Face

I had been going to Dr. Sarah Johnson sporadically over the last year for help with lower back pain. These periodic adjustments temporarily alleviated my pain and discomfort, but it was not lasting. Something was tweaked in my lower back on Sunday. I was in pain and I called the office stating this. I requested an appointment to help with this pain and discomfort; they were not able to accommodate me until Friday afternoon. Five days I dealt with this pain anticipating this appointment. Friday comes around and I am 7 minutes late to my appointment due to weather conditions on the bridge. I called to inform the office that I was running a few minutes behind. Courtesy, compassion and the utmost of professionalism and expertise will be found at this wonderful practice - All wonderful individual practitioners— my body ailments meet healing hands and hands there , who provide targeted therapy , that always does the trick , and puts me back into the bounce of life — renewed lease in hand ! My whole family has been going for various treatments for years , and the treatments have been there to help us get through those years with greater energy and happiness.
