Very friendly staff, the clinic old but decent, too slow, 2 hrs for a physical. They need to work on time management.

At the time of my arrival, the staff greeted me with kindness. Dr. Rina Cabrera Richers was one of the best doctor's I have had. She actually took time to hear and understand why I was there. Unlike other doctor's in the past that would just write a prescription and leave. If i could leave a 10 star review I would and strongly recommend friends and family to come visit in the near future.

Amazing place with such kind people! My elderly parents have been coming here for years even with prior staff....It has greatly improved in all areas! Great bedside manner from Dr. Rina, nurses are wonderful and the front desk staff very helpful.

I have become disappointed for visiting Saratoga Clinic lately. Dr.Sidhu no longer works there himself, he only comes on Mondays. There is another lady that claims to be a medical doctor who is operating the clinic. Her name is Dr.Reina. She does not hear to what the patients are really complaining to her about. She just writes a few notes on the computer and sends the patient on his/her way. Over all the quality of treatment has gone down significantly here since Dr.Sidhu not working. It took ten minutes for the nurse to find a good vein to draw blood after putting needles in the wrong spots too many times. A person who is in-charge of billing called me to tell me that my blood result of was okay, which infact he did not know what he was talking about. I am really disappointed with this p
