I am pleased to write about the service that Sapna Mehta provided. She explains issues clearly, is considerate of the needs and questions of patients, and offers helpful practical advice. She managed the appointment time well. She shows a real interest in her patients, real caring. I came to her for advice about hearing aids. She was well prepared and used the data provided by earlier tests to guide suggestions. I recommend her highly, and would come to her for other audiology/hearing needs.

Dr. Mehta is very clear and very kind. She describes what is going to happen every step of the way and explains what the results mean. She listens carefully to what is being expressed by the patient and takes her time. She is a wonderful professional. I recommended my brother to see her and he’s quite a difficult person to please.

Dr. Mehta is a great audiologist, and I have gone through a few. She is patient and knowledgeable, and flexible in her thinking. She has a deep understanding of the medical and technical issues related to hearing loss and the various technologies that can address that loss. If the standard or default approach is not working for me, she is always ready to work with me and think outside the box until each issue is addressed. I have recommended my father and father-in-law to Dr. Mehta, and both of them are satisfied patients as well.
