We absolutely love our pediatrician Dr. Herrera. We have been seeing her for over a year now and as a new mom, I am so grateful for her patience, for the time she takes to provide thorough explanations to my millions of questions, for sharing resources to support my child’s development, and always taking the time to listen. I know as a provider she is super busy, but it never feels like I am inconveniencing her or like my questions are stupid anytime I reach out. I know my child is in the best hands under her care. I visited Teresa’s office with both of my children for their physical exams. During the appointment, Teresa became upset when I declined vaccinations for my children. She attempted to persuade me about five times, and each time I politely said, “No thank you.”After she was unable to convince me, she became visibly frustrated and stated that she no longer wished to provide services to us because we could not agree on vaccinating my children. I responded politely that, as a parent, I have the right to refuse vaccinations. She then replied that, as a doctor, she has the right to refuse service.She proceeded to dismiss my children and me from the office and told me to find another provider who would accommodate my decision.

The male doctor is extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t take his time to examine your child and just rushes to get done. When you ask for him to do extra work he just sighs as if he doesnt want to do his job. Dont feel like my child is really being treated right

Dr. Teresa Jeraldo is by far one of the most terrible doctors i have ever encountered. Stay away from this place ! She is very judgemental , rude and very disrespectful to parents rights.

So I was told MY BABY IS NOT WELCOME HERE. Worst service provided ever! When my baby was born I took her to this pediatrician because was the only one available at the moment and the doctors wouldn?t discharge me until I found a pediatrician for my baby. So I got them as providers for my newborn, I didn?t have any problems or concerns with them but unfortunately their office was too far from me. So I ended up finding another pediatrician closer to my house but unfortunately I didn?t feel comfortable with the care for my baby. So try to take my baby back to Santiago Medical Group and I was told from the head doctor that my baby wasn?t welcome anymore since I took her out from them. Which is ridiculous cause I didn?t took her out cause I wanted, as a single mom I was already struggling a lot
