Rhode Island Foot Care

I have been going to Dr.Pontarelli for monthly appointments and he and his staff are always friendly ,knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Recently I had an issue and I was taken in same day and Dr. Pontarelli quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what to do, treated it and ordered prescription on the spot. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

The staff is great. Saw Lilly today. Very personable. Then Dr Pontarelli came in to check on me. He is so sweet, yet professional. Totally recommended him to family

Its nice to know you can see and talk to office. I give the office staff an a+++++. My ortho doctor couldn't book me for 4 months. RI foot gave me a appointment in 2 days. I could understand if it was a general exam, but I had a problem that needed to be addressed. The office staff and Doctor were great. I felt very comfortable going there. For some reason ortho RI said I didn't qualified to have my nails done every 2 months. Dr. Pontarelli asked 3 questions about me being a diabetic, leg cramping, and eye sight. He didn't understand why they wouldn't do them. Anyways I am happy for my friend kevin lunch for making me an appointment. When I first called and I talked to Lisa, from that moment on I new I was in the right place.

Aside for a long wait to see the doctor, the Dr Pontarelli was excellent. Knew exactly what the issue was and took care of it immediately. I would recommend him; it could have just been an unusual day.

Dr. Pontarelli is truly the best. He makes you feel completely comfortable and takes the time to really get to know you. Highly recommend!
