I would like to share my family's experience with Lincolnwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we could not have been more pleased. My mother in law was admitted for care which subsequently became end of life care. The staff went above and beyond to make my mother in law comfortable and cared for with the utmost respect for her as if she were one of their own family members. As her end drew near the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and cared for as well. I have NEVER experienced such a caring,clean, friendly and respectful environment. From the moment you walk into the building and realize how clean and bright it is to the friendly and pleasant staff each and every day that great you, you feel like you made the right choice. Great experience, my favorite is the overnight nurse from S1 cyd is truly one of the most caring nurses at that facility. But I cannot leave out Elizabeth, Shirley, Amy, and all CNAS, I found that some other administration people slow to respond and not cooperative at all, also thanks to PT WALLY THANK YOU AND YOUR AWESOME STAFF!!

Holding back a ⭐ because it's only my first time and I am skeptical with good reasoning...A Loved one with Alzheimer's can easily be mistreated with the family none the wiser. I must say that this facility looks & smells good... there's an attention to cleanliness which reflects well on the Staff. I do regret not getting the name of the CNA in my Aunt's room who reminded me that the CNA'S are truly unsung Heroes who rarely get the often deserved High Praise for being the backbones of many a medical facility. Thanks for all you do ❤️

Hi this is Frank Binda, a resident of Lincolnwood. Heather and the rest of the 2North staff make me feel right at home. I want to thank Nadine and Betty from laundry. They get our laundry back quickly and are very nice.
