Sandhills Pediatrics

My child sees Dr. Haile, and while we love her-the front desk reception is always an unpleasant experience. I believe Paige is the girl’s name who is nasty and rude, even in person . Its highly unfortunate that you are met with these types of people prior to receiving care for a sick child. That is my only reason for 3 stars.

We’ve been coming to Dr. dubose since 2019 when my son was born- we’ve always had a pleasant experience .. he’s great with kids, and parents too.. patient and kind.. great bedside manner! The rooms and are always clean, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming - my son is excited to go see Dr. Dubose and staff every time we go!! Thank you Sandhills Pediatrics for treating us so well!!

Both of my children were patients here and recently we were dropped from here with no warning due to us staggering our youngest’s vaccines. Just a few days later my daughter suffered a fever and we had to spend hundreds by taking her to the ER. Yesterday we had our first visit to another provider an hr away for both kiddos and it went very well. Sandhills had never offered lollipops, stickers or toys after a visit or getting blood. Our new provider has an actual waiting room/sick waiting room that was finished with actual doors, not curtains and smelled clean and lovely. Very friendly and I actually felt heard. I didn’t realize how much my experience at Sandhills had been lacking until yesterday. Thanks for dropping us!

Horrible service from front desk been trying to get an appointment since May sent all the paperwork never called me back then said they didn't receive it. I sent it again then they said missing other paperwork when I checked my email there is clearly all the attached paperwork on the email they advised they would call me never did I called again and then they said the paperwork work for the vaccines aren't signed. When I originally called they said the would accept the vaccines from school we moved here a year ago and I was trying to get a pediatrician for my children and this place is not it. They also advised me they try to call me several times which is a lie.
