I met Doctor Philippe and had my appointment. I love this doctor already. He really is thorough and takes time to listen to you. He does everything very professionally. I recommend him to everyone.

I was referred to this practice by a family member, but unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for a removal that needed to be taken out on the 7th day. I was told there were no Friday appointments due to a staff meeting and was offered Thursday at 3:30 PM so the doctor could determine whether it could be removed a day early. I asked if there was any way to be seen on Friday and requested to speak with a supervisor, but I was told that wasn’t possible. On Friday, I received a message stating my appointment was at 3:15 PM instead of 3:30 PM. When I called to clarify, the same staff member spoke to me in an aggressive tone, insisted she had said 3:15, and told me not to come if I arrived after

Dr. Phillipe has a great bedside manner and he listens to all my concerns with answers that I can fully understand. New Doctors tend to make me nervous but I felt at ease with him immediately. I definitely recommend Dr. Bernard Phillipe. The staff has also been great with awesome customer service and make the experience of a Dr visit feel less overwhelming.

I have been using Sandby Primary Clearwater for years now. I see Dr. Bernard Phillipe, and/or Dr. Anthony Ngo. They are both incredibly polite, professional, and thorough. Angela at the front desk has gone over and beyond her duties for me, when I was trying to get approval for a surgery, and one of my specialists (outside of Sandbay facility) was not submitting the paperwork. I recently started getting my lab work done on their site too even though it is slightly farther away than Quest. The Sandbay nursing staff and technicians are awesome.
