If I could only do a one star review for the receptionist and not the business as a whole I would. Dr. Gannon is an amazing doctor and I trust him wholeheartedly with my health, however something needs to be done about the rude receptionists. I made a call today to try and get an appointment because I was worried about my wellbeing, and the receptionist was anything but helpful or respectful. When she picked up the phone she already had an attitude, and while I understand it’s hard to squeeze in an appointment she was just rude, so when I said I could just go to another hospital/urgent care (not out of spite, just so I could be seen as soon as possible), she yelled into the phone “Do you want the appointment or not?” And all I managed to get out was “No,” she didn’t let me finish talking a

My first visit to Sand Mountain Family Practice was nice. The ladies out front were very nice and I did not wait long to be seen. I highly recommend Tiffany Sparks, NP. She has a great bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable, like I was talking with an old friend. Thank you for one of the best dr appt. experiences. I’ve been using Dr. Gannon for a couple years now. He is great and so are his nurses. He seems to really listen and care about what’s going on. Unfortunately, it’s the front office staff that is so rude!! Every time you call up there they make it seem like such an inconvenience that you’re calling to make an appointment. Isn’t that their job? To answer the phone and make an appointment for you? I HATE having to call the office for anything bc no matter who answers the phone they are beyond rude to you! It’s really sad that my family has found a doctor we truly love, but since it’s such a headache to deal with the front office staff we will be finding a new doctor and won’t be back to this office anymore.

They are very helpful and patient with me. My work makes it very difficult to make and keep appointments but they work with me until it works. And I can't say enough about Allison Brewster, she really makes it worth coming here. Very attentive and professional with great country charm.
