Dr. Mitchell is a wonderful optometrist. I was so excited also when I received my glasses. The perfect thinner lens with great vision. My contacts were also great too. The second time the contacts didn’t work has great as the first time. It’s time for a checkup.

Everybody there is really great they took real good care of me and the Dr. is real nice and cares he is the first person I ever had to slow down and really care about my vision I love this place!!

First time going there. I was very impressed. Dr Mitchell took his time and explained everything. Did feel rushed at all. Eye exam was very thorough. The lady that fitted my glasses (sorry don't know your name) did a great job. She knew what she was doing. Will definitely recommend.

They didn't call me when my glasses came in, they let them sit there in the office until I finally called two weeks later to find that my glasses were there but nobody even let me know they were in. The glasses I received are not the frames that I ordered, they sent me generic black plastic frames instead of a light grey color I chose. I payed 67 dollars extra for transition lens, only to find that the right lens darkens but the left lens only darkens very little while in the sunlight. The women working here were very rude when I brought it to their attention. The frames were crooked and loose on my face but the woman didn't want to bend or shape them to fit my face better, she said " she was afraid they would break". I chose progressive lens which are a total blur when I'm wearing the gla
