Said they had my prescription ready today but then the told me it wasn’t in stock so I have to wait who knows how long. Unprofessional pharmacist who spoke to us rudely like we were five years old.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. After several attempts to contact someone for information that the automated system could not help me with. I will drive 100 miles to get my prescriptions filled before I usecCVS!

I recently visited the CVS Pharmacy at 6181 US Highway 431 in Albertville and was genuinely impressed. The store was spotlessly clean and well organized, making it easy to find everything I needed without any hassle. Service was fast and seamless, allowing me to complete my purchase quickly. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist me.

I stopped in primarily to use the restroom. My son has a disability and I thought this would be a better choice. Well, their bathrooms are locked, so I go up front and ask for a key. She said she would have to unlock it for me and since she had a line at the register, it would take awhile before she could unlock it. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

Went and picked up my medicine and the staff in the pharmacy are incredibly rude. Not to mention when I went home I opened the brown bag and it had someone else's medicine in it despite on the bag it having the right information. That's a major issue
