This has got to be one of the friendliest doctors offices I’ve encountered in my entire lifetime. Happy smiling faces greeted me. Assistant in the room took time to get to know me and relay all pertinent info to the doctor who took excellent care of explaining what I had going on. I highly recommend the doctor and podiatry group! I’d give them 100 stars if I could.

5 Stars - Excellent Experience I arrived on time and my appointment started promptly. I was brought into the room quickly and made comfortable. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, efficient, and professional. She was very capable at taking care of my feet - took photos (front and back), clipped my nails carefully, and checked to make sure there were no issues with cuticles or ingrown nails. Fantastic job! Very friendly and efficient service. My time was not wasted - I truly benefited from this appointment. Anita was outstanding! Thank you very much. I look forward to coming back again

I left this appointment feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the lack of professionalism. This was not an isolated incident. Across multiple visits, I have been very clear that I do not want any additional testing related to an issue I already understand and have existing test results on file for. Despite this, the same tests and imaging are repeatedly pushed at every appointment. At each visit, I am asked—often multiple times—by both the provider and his staff to undergo additional testing that I have already declined. After clearly stating my wishes, the continued pressure feels excessive and, at times, bordering on harassment. Rather than engaging in respectful, patient-centered care, the experience feels transactional and sales-driven—more like a car dealership than a m

Feb. 10, 2026 I am editting my original response, below. I am still waiting for a report on my father, who has dementia. They took into the room without my permission. I told them that i needed to be there. I was in the room with my mother when they took him into the room. I will not take the down. I was told that i would get a review of my father's appointment, After 24 hours i still have not received a word. Feb. 9, 2026 I have been going here to help my dad for the last 3 or more years. They are very much a for profit organization. That was ok, since my dad only went for getting his toes trimmed. They were too hard for my mom or caregiver. My mom also went in December and gave her the same speech about importance of foot care. And yes her toes were bad. But they were really upselling.

From walking in the door to leaving the quality of service was outstanding. Both Cynthia the medical assistant and Dr. Metaxas were smart, professional, and sporting a sense of humor. I highly recommend this practice
