Highly recommend Project Zen for massage. New therapist Sarah was superb. Their online booking and text chat technology is efficient. If the nearby public parking lots are full there is 2 hour street parking within 2 blocks.

I have been going to this massage studio for years and have seen several masseurs for all types of services: Swedish, reflexology, deep tissue, hot stones, cupping, shoulder/back. Every time I leave, I am soothed and rejuvenated…so much that I forget to leave a review!!! Great staff, lovely spot.

I’m a hairstylist with a spinal fusion, and I’m extremely picky when it comes to bodywork—so when I say this massage was amazing, I mean it. I carry a lot of tension in my back and shoulders from being on my feet all day, and my body is not the easiest to work on. But this therapist really knew what they were doing. They listened, were super intuitive, and found all the trouble spots without me having to say a word. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. Highly, highly recommend—especially if you’ve got chronic issues or just need someone with real skill.
