Sam's Club Pharmacy

The people who work in this Sam's Club Pharmacy have always been pleasant, helpful with answering questions or with suggestions to save money on refills, and I've never had a bad experience. I'm not even a Sam's Club member, but one of my prescriptions is still cheaper here than anywhere else, even without the membership!

My veterinary hospital abruptly stopped carrying one of my dog’s prescriptions in-house when we were just about out and left with no time to order online. The pharmacist (Heather) and technician (Sam) were incredibly friendly and fast with filling Dakota’s apoquel same day so I didn’t have to make another 30-40 minute drive back to this side of town. And it saved me almost $30 compared to ordering from chewy! Will definitely make Sam’s Club our go-to pharmacy since we already get everything else here. ♥️

I switched from Kroger as their customer service drastically changed. When I started using Sam's, I regretted it, but NOT in any manor that is of their doing. It is me , my time constraints, and my health conditions. It is a much further out of the way drive. If I need to pick up only one script, it's so time-consuming. Parking is awful. A huge, huge, huge help would be having a drive-through. (Hint hint 😉) Although I shop there, because of my health and how busy I am, I typically opt for delivery. Even so, nothing can compare to how wonderful the lead pharmacist is. At Kroger, they try to push you out when you have questions. Not Sam's! I will NEVER EVER do business with this pharmacy again! The pharmacist that was there today 7/17/2020 at 3:30pm wouldn't fill my prescription. He kept calling a different medication then what it was and said that it needed to be written a different way. That is scary that he doesn't know his meds correctly!! I took it to Kroger and they filled it with no problems! My pharmacist at Kroger actually laughed when I told her what the man at Sam's Club called my medicine and how he said he could not fill it!! Sam's Club I'm very disappointed! I shop here on the regular! I'm a business owner that buys products in bulk and I shop here more than 3-4 a month.....if they don't find a different pharmacist I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

This pharmacy is very organized. Very nice and helpful. Great prices with Sam's plus. Don't go anywhere else.
