Sam's Club Pharmacy

I'm disappointed in the level of care and customer service that I recieved from the manger Mike and his staff members. My first experience coming back to this location was horrible. There was an older white lady with ashy blonde hair and heavy set white male with dark hair and a stinch who completely ignored me. I honestly feel that they did it on purpose. I stood in the pick up line and could barely stand up from several medical issues that I was experiencing and had just left the doctor; I wasnt acknowleged or greeted with a hello for over 10 mins, as the only customer left, the pharmacy tech walked away then the heavy set guy said I will be right back, and never came back as the rest of the staff just stood there and looking at me until I finally asked if someone could help me.. and the

Pharmacy staff always willing to help, they even allow you to purchase few items while you're picking up your meds. Every place has its ups and downs customers need to use more patience. Perhaps they need to go on the other side of the counter and see what it's like.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Stood in line for almost an hour waiting by the consultation window because I was trying to get some vaccines, nothing to do with prescriptions. There were two people working behind the counter, that both made eye contact with me multiple times. Never once did either tell me I was in the wrong line. The older lady either went to lunch or was off and came from behind the glass to apologize, not sure why she didn’t speak to me when she saw me waiting at the consultations. Unfortunately there was a line so I didn’t want to just cut back in front of the people who were there to get prescriptions. At a certain point when it cleared up I went up to the other two windows and asked what I needed to do because I had been waiting for so long. The pharmacist scold

I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and service I receive at the Sam's Club Pharmacy in Roseville. No issues whatsoever.

Called pharmacy at least six times to ask questions about flu vaccine never got through.
